Running Assessment

The biomechanical running assessment is designed to identify your strength and alignment imbalances to descrease risk of injury and improve your current training program.

Increasing the strength of the muscles that hold up your medial arch can:

  • Decrease reliance on orthotics
  • Decrease general pain in foot, shin, knee and hip
  • Decrease incidence of running injuries

Session details:

  • 45 minutes in length
  • For all runners (beginner to elite)
  • Pre-assessment questionnaire to individualize your session
  • Treadmill gait analysis (walking and running)
  • Video feedback Testing for strength and alignment imbalances
  • Assessment of current footwear
  • Personalized stretching and strengthening program
