Chris Broadhurst is the Director of the Toronto Athletic Club Clinic for Sport Medicine which specializes in both Preventative and Rehabilitative Solutions.
Chris was involved in the National Hockey League for over 20 years and served as the Head Athletic Therapist for the Toronto Maple Leafs and Phoenix Coyotes. He was honored to serve as an Athletic Therapist at the 1988 and 2002 NHL All-Star Games and with the Canadian Men’s Hockey Team at the 1988 Winter Olympic Games in Nagano, Japan. He also represented Canada at the 1997, 2006, 2007 World Championships, 1991 Canada Cup and in 2010 was with the Canadian Spengler Cup Team in Davos, Switzerland.
His Clinical Skills emphasize advanced treatments that are designed to optimize movement, build stability, reduce pain and help your body recover from an active lifestyle. His clinical specialties include advanced soft tissue therapies such as the Fascial Distortion Model, Shockwave Therapy and Corrective Exercise Solutions.
