Holly graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, where she took part in various clinical internships working with varsity athletes as both a student on-field therapist and a strength and conditioning coach. She then continued her studies with a diploma in massage therapy from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy.
Holly has worked with various populations in therapeutic and rehabilitative settings, including patients with various neurological conditions, post-surgical groups, post-partum and pregnant women, children, spinal cord injury patients, patients with chronic pain and those seeking stress management solutions, as well as patients with sports injuries.
Her clinical practice is centered on utilizing a wide range of tools, such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release and kinesio taping to help her clients achieve their health goals and reach optimal function. She has been involved in numerous events in the GTA including the Toronto Triathlon Festival and the 2015 Pan Am Games. Holly is also a WPA certified stand-up paddleboard instructor and spends her time off training in the gym and paddling on Lake Ontario.
